Add-ons
Depending on the results, Beta can also offer additional surveys and advanced training programs.
Team Performance model
Perhaps most importantly, it’s about putting the result into play; we call this BPI Implement.
We train the leaders on how to do this. After the training, the idea is for the leaders to carry out this exercise with their team and establish an action plan.
BPI Implement
Once you have your results, analysis and recommendations, we come to the most important part, i.e. moving from your current situation to your desired situation. We have a clear implementation process and concrete tools to work with what you want and need to develop. We call it putting the survey into play (BPI Implementation).
For us, implementation is the most important step in providing feedback on your results.
Why?
- Give feedback to employees.
- Start the process of development.
- Create participation and talk about what is important.
- Select focus areas to be developed and lead to the desired results.
How?
- We train the leaders who then can lead this process with their teams.
- We use the BPI result and cards which makes the process easy and secure.
- Focus on important things

Leadership
How do we create the conditions for strong and present leadership?
Leadership is a key component to the success of any organization, with it being said that 60% of performance depends on leadership. We see leadership training as a crucial investment to unlock the potential of the team and each individual. The focus is on developing leaders who are clear about their expectations and present in their leadership.
Our goal is to help shape leaders who can navigate both people and business towards increased engagement, efficiency and profitability. For us, developing leaders who are clear about their expectations and who are present in their leadership is key. We want to help the leader understand what people need, how to create meaning and goals, and how to exercise a caring leadership where the leader is perceived as credible.
By giving leaders greater insight into their personal leadership and their role as leaders. We train them in simple and powerful tools to develop their teams and individuals. We train leaders to create powerful performance environments by promoting trust, setting clear goals and rules, and taking advantage of differences in the team. We do this by training the leader to work with feedback and coaching.
Team
What makes a team successful?
We are convinced that it is due to a strong focus on the team. The team before the individual. We believe it’s about playing the team in the best possible way to maximize the potential of each person while making each other better. Our experience is that success lies in intertwining traditional team building with the company’s goals and ambitions. We use our experience from the sports world when working with team development.
To create high-performing teams, we train the team based on key factors such as team spirit, roles, goals, values, communication, follow-up, etc. We focus on getting to know each other, building openness and creating trust while working to clarify the expectations of the team and the goals we are working towards.
Self leadership
How can your personal goals support your company's goals?
Knowing your motivations is one thing, using them is another. One of the three most important human motivators is to succeed. By linking the company’s goals to my own personal goals, I increase my chances of success. Self leadership aims to increase the individual’s responsibility for his or her own development and that of the company, while moving from ’I have to’ to ’I want to’.
Our individual program focuses on several key areas. These include self-awareness, will, strengths, efficiency, physiology, mental strength, relationships, etc. We help individuals understand and identify their inner drive, discover their own strengths and introduce methods to transform goals and ambitions into practical actions. We also focus on how to maintain a balanced lifestyle and manage relationships.
Management team
Are your management team meetings mostly about reporting and making decisions?
Then you are not using much of your potential. We take you from the reporting trap to becoming a strategic management team that works on developing issues that take you forward. To create a sense of security in challenging each other to find constructive and forward-looking solutions and decisions. If the management team does not drive development forward, who will?
Our program is designed to train the management team in factors that are all common to high performing teams. Factors such as goal setting, roles, rules, values, communication, development and team-spirit. We practice building openness and trust, clarifying goals and values, understanding each other's roles and potential, improving communication and developing the management team as a whole.
Values
What do your words on the wall really mean?
Creating and living by a set of values is not about the words on the wall, but rather the meaning and the behaviors associated with what you say. Your values are one of the most underestimated parts of getting power from an organization. It gives a clear mandate and framework to all employees across the organization to make decisions and act on their own.
Working on your core values is essential to create a shared and healthy work culture. Active values leads to increased commitment, better cooperation, higher efficiency and more satisfied customers. By understanding the core values and the behaviors it entails, we can create a strong culture and increase the company's trust in both employees and customers.
If you have an existing set of values, we will work together to activate the behaviors linked to the values and ensure that they are implemented through daily habits, communication, feedback and connection to the business. If you don’t have any values or values that needs to be revised, we will help you develop a completely new set of values that fits what you want to achieve together.
