Perhaps most importantly, it’s about putting the result into play; we call this BPI Implement.
We offer all leaders to participate in a 1h 30h digtail traning to learn how to implement the BPI result in their teams and to create an action plan.
The cost per leader is 500 SEK or 45 EUR.
Welcome to Pamica's site for BPI Indicator survey
In 2023, a first Group-wide employee survey, Pamica Indicator, was conducted.
The main reason for the survey is that we want to get a clear picture of how the leadership in our Fine Companies works.
The purpose is also to follow up on the work environment, the occurrence of discrimination, bullying, harassment, victimisation and employee satisfaction.
The follow-up is carried out annually and gives the companies a tool to work preventively with work environment initiatives, leadership development and to promote equal rights.
Each company within the Group sets goals in its business plan to follow up that improvements are made.
NMI stands for employee satisfaction index and in addition to work environment factors, the employee’s work situation, leadership, engagemang and recommendation rate are also measured.
The Pamica indicator is conducted by Ubiqbpi.

The survey "BPI Indicator"
BPI Indicator is an employee survey which collects feedback about your closest manager, how well your team works and questions regarding you work environment. You will also give feedback on how you experience the culture how engaged and satisfied you are with your work and if you would recommend your company to a friend (eNPS).
In addition, you will answer some questions about your work environment.
The survey takes about 5 minutes to answer and is of course anonymous.
Preparations
We need your help!
Before we can send out the survey you need to fill out an Excel sheet with information about your organization. Please click here read more to view a video about how to fill out the Excel file and download template. We need this information latest 11th of September. Please send the file to fanny.thiel@ubiqbpi.se
