We need your help!

Your cooperation and input are crucial for the success of this initiative.

To ensure the accuracy and completeness of the data, we kindly request that you provide us with detailed information about your organization.

It’s important that these lists are sent to us in a timely manner to allow Ubiqbpi sufficient time to integrate the information into our system effectively.

Your commitment to providing accurate details will greatly contribute to the success of the survey and the meaningful insights we aim to gather. Should you have any questions or require further clarification, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

You need to send this to Ubiqbpi (fanny.thiel@ubiqbpi.se) latest 11th of September.

For GDPR reasons, please make sure that you do not send any other personal data than the data requested in the list.

Additional information for the survey

  • For larger organizations, a separate meeting may be needed to discuss the setup.
  • For employees without an email address, we will send a unique link to the company contact person. To facilitate the response, it is advisable to have a available computer and link to answer the survey.
  • The survey can be answered via computer, phone, or tablet.
  • The survey will be sent out 21st of September.
  • The system sends reminders automatically.
  • The company’s contact person receives ongoing information about response statistics.

Inform your organization

Information should be sent to the organization a few days before the survey, indicating that the survey is underway and emphasizing the importance of everyone responding.

Den 21 september är det dags för årets medarbetarundersökning. Vi vill uppmuntra alla att besvara mätningen och ge sin feedback, den ger oss bra insikter och underlag för att identifiera våra styrkor och utmaningar.

Mätningen tar ca 5 minuter att besvara och är naturligtvis anonym.

Mätningen genomförs av Ubiqbpi som också är avsändare av mailet.

On September 21st, it’s time for this year’s employee survey. We want to encourage everyone to respond to the survey and provide their feedback; it provides a solid foundation for identifying our strengths and challenges.

The survey takes approximately 5 minutes to complete and is, of course, anonymous.

The survey is conducted by Ubiqbpi, who is also the sender of the email.
